Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the software purchased directly from ThoughtMeeting, contact us within 7 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 7 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you have issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall and stop using any software products for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. ThoughtMeeting Corporation Ltd. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The ThoughtMeeting refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from ThoughtMeeting. If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
