How to install BookIt for my browser?
Just download the extension for your browser into a file in your disk, and then drag the file into your browser to install it. After installation is completed, an icon with a KiWi bird will appear in the toolbar area of your browser, and you know you have got it.
How to uninstall BookIt?
For chrome users,you can uninstall BookIt via menu item “More tools->extensions”, this will open a page which will list all the extensions you have installed, then you can click the “Remove” button of the extension to remove it.
For Firefox users, you can open the add-ons page by menu item “Add-ons”, then click the “…” button after the name and select “remove” from dropdown.
For Microsoft Edge, select the menu item “Extensions”, and click the “remove” link below the extension name.
Can I get the 20pts trial package more than once?
Sorry. The trial package with 20 points is availble only once for every registered user.
Can BookIt Extension work for web pages that needs login before access?
BookIt Extension currently does not support convertion of web pages that are only accessible after login. Please try the desktop version.
Book generation failed with error 'the website is slow to respond', Why?
Possibly the web site you are accessing is repsonding slowly due to network conditions so BookIt can not fetch the content at the moment. You can try one more time.
The book is generated with many empty pages, Why?
Most possibly because you are using the trial version which is limited by the number of page processed. Please register and then buy a pack and try again.
Can I use BookIt to process comics website?
It depends. Basically BookIt is designed to process text heavy html, extract article text, remove clutter etc. There's little text on Comic web site so BookIt may not be the proper tool to handle comic website.
What package should I choose when buying?
There's a simple Formula: 1 page = 1 point.
So you can estimate the points you will need when converting a web site. You can buy a 100 points package suppose you have several dozens of pages. Besides the points balance will not expire, you can use it later to convert other pages.
Why it does not work for some web pages ?
It's a complicated problem. Many sites are not designed to make it easy for you to scratch. We make no promise it works for any web site or any web page. If it does not work for some web pages, please report to us by email or ticket. We will try our best to improve.
The program has no support of my language?

How to put the ebook generated into my Kindle for reading?
The ebook generated by BookIt is in EPUB format which is not supported by Amazon’s kindle device, so you need to convert it into MOBI or AZW3 format which are supported by Kindle. We recommend calibre as the option.
